First Appointment
Your first visit to me is a detailed ‘information gathering’ conversation. An individual timeline of events will be constructed and this is added to whilst you remain a patient with me. The first visit is usually 60 minutes.
Everything is kept strictly confidential giving you the opportunity to step back and find out how you arrived at where you are now in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Mental, emotional, and physical symptoms are all important in establishing a complete picture of you as an individual, helping the homeopath to understand the nature of your complaint, and how it manifests or is experienced by you. Even small or unusual things can be of great significance.
Symptoms are viewed as the body’s way of communicating that an imbalance exists at the mental, emotional, or physical level.
Follow Up Appointments
These will be 30 minutes and these usually take place at approximately 4-8weeks apart and will lessen with improvement. This may vary according to the severity and length of your health problems. Acute complaints can improve rapidly. Each session is to create a homeopathic prescription for you, which may also include tissue salts, homeobotanical tinctures, and basic dietary advice.
Health Coaching
Due to a lot of requests I am now offering appointments for those who do not wish for remedies but need a safe space to discuss life and re-align themselves. This can be described as a general well being, health advice and life coaching session in one potent combination with an experienced practitioner drawing on over 15 years of experience.
Consultations – Usually every 4-10 weeks depending on the case.
Remedies, supplements, and tinctures are not included. Prescriptions will be emailed out for you to purchase. Details will be provided. Postage for abroad (outside U.K.) is in the region of £15-20 ($19-21) and in the U.K. £5.50

First consultation (60 minutes) £155 ($195): Prescription only and excluding remedies.
Follow up consultation (30 minutes) £99 ($125): Prescription only and excluding remedies.
Returning Client (after 6 months) £125 ($157): Prescription only and excluding remedies. This is for existing clients who I have not seen in 6 months plus. However, if a client has not been for 7yrs they will need to book in as a new patient.
Health coaching (1 hour) £155 ($208) (1.5 hours) £215 ($289): No prescription necessary but flower essences or a remedy may be suggested but totally optional.
Bach flower/essences only appointment up to 30min (£99). Prescription only, essences will be prescribed and can be purchased.
(Package deal) Initial consultation with Hair Mineral Analysis Test and the interpretation of test included £295 ($370) Saving of (£15/$19). Currently UK only.

Drop in sessions for acute conditions such as colds, coughs, or essential catch up in between a session. These consultations last around 15 minutes and cost £55 ($71) excluding remedies and postage.
